Last I update my blog was 3 years ago?? Yet my good friend's ever popular blog(lifeinlimbo2) still maintains a link. Guilty, I felt a need to I'll update it.

Fast track forward, I left my beautiful country in 2009 to a land of sand and dust, Dubai.

Almost 2 years now, the day I left was a huge turning point of my life. I never regret that I made that decision to leave.

I'm gonna change the skin of this blog to reflect the new me. Okay, I'm lazy, I could have done it now but ... Nah!

Today at gym there was the guy whom loves to sashay around in the gym and constantly at the mirror adjusting his hair.

Well i have to admit that he is a goodlooker with a body to die for. But God is fair, no one comes in a full package. Lets call him the Bimbotic Gym Bunny (BB). I was changing and he was behind me making conversation with Roy Chan.

BB : hey roy , so you're gg to paris with yi tian next week huh! (Trying to act class)
Roy: yea , we are. Are you going too?
BB : No i'm not.. but I'll be going to Athens! (Loud and acting class)
Roy: Oh.. right.
BB: Anyway..... where is Athens har?

Goodbye Grand Father

Today was the last day of my Grand father's wake.
Its been a tiring 5 days of emotional ups and downs.

We had the standard Buddhist prayers every evening. Throng of friends and relatives came down. Tons of condolences blankets to be hung and flowers to be received.

But nothing beats the last day.
At the end of the final prayer we were told to place flowers and decorate the coffin. At this time the band starting playing the tunes for the departed. While we follow behind the van , everyone was chanting the very chant we were taught too. It sounded so depressing. I can see my relatives all tearing , i uncontrollably teared. I always thought i was in different but i surprised myself for being the most emotional among the male cousins.

The most surreal part of all is when the whole family went to collect my grand father's ashes. We each pick up one of the bone remains and place it into the urn. While doing that we were told to say some prayers.

All is over now and I hope i don't have to go through any of these events any time soon.

This weekend was the land of smiles. However this trip , the routine was a little different.
With the usual drink drunk dance.... I some how landed up 100kms OUT of bangkok in Ayutthaya. The ex-capital of Thailand during the mid 13th century. With no re collection of how i got there with this cute guy and his friends.

They had a hotel room because one of them had to attend a meeting in the morning. So having to travel 100k to share a hotel room with the cute guy and his friends seems rather a WASTE OF TIME.

Luckily , the balcony was spacious!
And then it was dawn! Standing on the 3rd level in my most natural outfit, i observed the landscape. Its a village! I could see the entire horizon with no taller buildings at all!!!

All tired , i slept ... but only for 4 hours. We had to check out. They insisted on doing a short tour around the place... which i agreed since I've always enjoyed visiting heritage sites.

And so here i am , only with 4 hours of sleep , in my dirty jeans and tee. I had to climb up ruins and temples under the hot midday sun with enthu and a big smile in all the pictures.... I almost wanted to hang myself.

The next day i went to this why not-ish gay bar with my uncle. I saw the ghost of bangkok and couldn't resist to not take a picture with him.

China is simply.... KIA SI 怕死.

A little bit of drizzle they just refuse to fly.
Resulting in numerous flight delays.. So lucky i am to be part of their delays.

NONE of my flights took off on time!!! Always 2hrs n more of delay!! Freakkkkkkkkkkkkkking cheena chinese. So its a 110% foolproof plan for a accident free track record for the coming Olympic games.

Empress Cixi was one of the most powerful queen of the history of china.
However no one person would become so ruthless if it wasn't for the constant slashing at the core of the being.

Its this life experiences that make us stronger. I say it makes us immune, fearless or worst heartless.
I too am a perfect product of such predicament. But I've choose the path of being positive sometimes even to the point of denial. Inevitability it has also made me lose the confidence in myself and the trust in people when it comes to the matters of the heart.

I am sensitive and emotional but never the drama emotional kind. However i think tonight , I'm oblige to let myself reveal my thoughts about how i feel now at this moment.

I've never been really good in my english. I even scored a D7 during O levels. Fortunately after my GCE Os i met Tristan. My very good friend cum "never-fail-to-put-my-lang-into-a-full-article-joke" editor.

For that first few years of our friendship he would constantly be there to guide me with my imperfections in the english language. But thats not without bursting in laughter and making all heads turn to me before he starts to correct me. I think he secretly feels like Guan Yin descending down on a lotus giving me his 10-freaking-1 guidance on English.

8 years down the road. I now believe i'm deemed qualified to pass on this tormenting humiliation to those whom need it most. This is Charity!

Person M.C.C.L : my father bend me to go out this weekend, cos i told him im damp sian and i wanna to dance like there's no tomo<---- spot the mistake please!!

We were at my place watching Victoria secrets 2006 fashion show. When suddenly Sitibank had this weird inspiration to follow suit what she saw. And then her transformation.

I broke two parts of me this Dec. A knee and a heart.

Tore my ligament while playing badminton. It was a painful experience. So painful that during that instant i almost felt like fainting... and when i realize it wasn't pain enough to knock me out , i prayed to god. To ask him to relieve me off my pain... shortly after the pain started to subside.

As a result = a torn anterior cruciate ligament that would cost me a whopping $20k for the reconstruction surgery.

The second thing that i broke was my Heart. Actually the heart has been torn and slashed many times yet it continued to pump life. That life running in my veins is called Optimisms. It is a self-recovery biocell that regenerates to replace all negativity in me.

The "guy" said that he needed some time apart from me because of his current situation and problems. I took it with faith but to those who know about his history and me , think otherwise. They say its an EXCUSE but I am in no capacity now to find out if its a valid reason or another cliche just to break up.

Its been a very bad 4th quarter for me because it all hit me at one bloody shot.
